It is human nature to wait for tragedy to strike or a financial meltdown to occur before people will make a change in their lives for the better. Kind of like backing up your computer... We all know that we are supposed to do it but the reality is that few of us actually do it regularly. But when our computer crashes or gets struck by lightning we vow to be ready for the next crisis. A little too late?
